The customer:
- Key challenges: BMW needed an independent & standardised evaluation of its own data quality
- BMW wanted to check, if and if so, which sales approaches can be designed based on datamining of the data pool
Data quality & datamining
- Definition & transfer of the relevant data sample
- Analysis & evaluation of data quality of more than 300 attributes
- Datamining of the data sample in order to verify existing hypotheses, to find unknown interdependencies and to retrieve new sales hypotheses
- Deduction of recommended actions and creation of a comprehensive documentation incl. on-site presentation

- data quality analysis: extensive presentation consisting of data quality evaluation, recommended measures for optimisation and description of our evaluation approach
- datamining: extensive presentation consisting of sales potentials, retrieved interdependencies as well as description of the conducted analyses
- BMW knows its current status regarding data quality and has concrete recommendations for optimisation
- BMW knows new sales approaches derived from specific patterns in the data sample
