Linde AG is an internationally operating company, which focuses its competencies on the business sectors gas and engineering, material handling as well as refrigeration technology where it enjoys respective market leader positions. In spite of the generally weak economic conditions in 2001, Linde was able to point to its successful business development.

The project:

Linde has selected the topic CRM as the focus of its business philosophy and thereby defined it as a central theme for the managers of the future. Under the auspices of Client Vela, representatives of various state authorities from all over the world meet to further develop the CRM theme and take back the results to the state authorities. Client Vela is responsible for the content as well as the facilitation of such events.
