Key challenges:
- Schuberth GmbH sells its products primarily through a distributor and trader network and doesn‘t have direct contact with its end consumers.
- For the realization of direct marketing activities a solution is wanted, which allows Schuberth GmbH, to centrally capture customer data and use it through an integration of the trader network.
