Allianz Private Equity Partners (APEP) is the private equity central fund manager of the Allianz group. The company invests worldwide in venture capital and buyout funds. APEP prefers investments in funds, which are supervised by experienced managers. The fund managers already should have proven the successes of their investments, follow a differentiated strategy and show potential for the top quartile funds (25% of the best private equity funds in Germany, Europe and the US).
The project:
The aim of the project carried out by Client Vela is staff coaching with regard to independent and professional process documentation and management. All internal processes are documented. Parallel to the introduction of process and change management, existing processes will be optimised.
