The customer:

eCollect is a customer retention specialist with wide-ranging experience in the operational running of loyalty systems. In 2003, in the context of a strategic change of direction, concentration was focussed on the "White Label" sector as well as the merging of the internet bonus platform eCollect.de with points24.com. As a "White Label Provider", eCollect supports its customers in setting up and operating individual and wide-ranging partner customer retention programmes.

The project:

(LMT) Loyalty Management Tool, developed by Client Vela provided the basis for the website and back office processes of the bonus platform eCollect.de. Client Vela managed the operations and was responsible for the further development of the software. Furthermore, Client Vela supported eCollect in the strategic change of direction and migration of the bonus platform. eCollect AG continues to use LMT as a platform on customer projects.
